Vihara Nutrition & Yoga specializes in offering one on one nutritional counselling and small, intimate yoga classes for people 55+ that emphasize safety and comfort.Vihara refers to a refuge or an abode where monks were able to go to for shelter and food.  Similarly, our bodies are the temples that house our spirit.  With proper treatment through breath, movement, whole foods and open-heartedness we begin to discover our inner selves – our true nature.
